Lions Club 2005 Awards
On May 14, 2005
Lillian Arnold gets the Citizen of the Year Award.
Lillian was chosen Citizen of the Year
because of her dedication to
the people of Big Valley and her willingness to help on any
community
project. Lillian has been the Director of the Family Resource
Center
of Lassen County since it opened here in Big Valley. In addition
to
her duties in the Resource Center she is also Secretary of
the Big
Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Steve Gagnon receives his award of "Lion of the Year"
Steve was chosen Lion of the year for
his many years of helping
Big
Valley Lions with their community functions. Many of the
functions that the Lions have put on would not be possible without
Steve's
help.
