A very special highlight of the meeting was, for only the second time in the history of the State Association, that Ashley Piscitello received her State FHA-HERO Degree.
The theme for the three-day meeting was “Embark on the Journey.” Speakers included "Living the Dash" by songwriter, Patrick Henry and officer reflections by each of the 2005-06 State Officer Team. Meeting activities included general sessions, Competitive Recognition Event State Finals, Career and Teen Issue workshops, and the election of the 2006-07 State Officers. The representatives returned home with many new ideas for developing leadership programs and planning chapter projects.
